FOLK: Traditions and futures of self-taught artists.
We're not creating fine art, we're creating folk art. Art created with whatever materials you have in whatever space you have. Art concerned with culture, religion, daily life, and everyday objects. Art that resists fine art rules and regulations. Folk art is for everybody.

Helpful Tip: How to Introduce Two People via Email
I loved this short article from Nick Gray about etiquette for online introductions. In a digital age, it’s nice to know professional protocol for what may seem like an intuitive task. I especially like #1.
Get permission from both people to make the introduction
Write an email including both people in the To: field
Introduce each person with at least one sentence
State the WHY you’re making the introduction
Send the email
