Class Cancelled Due To Homo/Transphobia

We are out $300 and the opportunity to discuss and educate about the importance of gay art and culture, due to hate.

TJ and I were supposed to teach an Art for LGBTQ+ Rights class today that I planned last year when lots of anti-LGBT/Drag legislation was coming in. It was almost at capacity.

There was a Drag story hour and another LGBTQ+ focused class before our class.

We just got the call that ALL our classes are cancelled because they received multiple "credible threats" from people calling in about the story hour.

The art venue is closed for the day. 3 LGBTQ+ focused programs were cancelled.

And we didn't get paid.

10-foot pride collage I facilitated last June with over 100 contributors.

If you have the capacity to donate, I was really relying on this class, as I do every class, to simply pay my bills. We are out $300.
