Bad Art Grab Bag: New Art, Classes, & Events Inside!
There is no way to summarize this email, so just check it out :)
What I’ve Been Creating
Over the past 3 months, I’ve taken several classes with Renzo Ortega at the Carrboro ArtsCenter: Oil Painting, Black Ink, and Intro to Drawing. Technical classes are HARD, and many times I felt bad at art. Renzo explained that these classes are like sports drills, training for when you return to the studio and can have fun in your own style.

F’d Up Nights: Art About Failure
Last week was F*** Up Nights and Weird Productions’ one-night art show about failure, where my piece "A Dream" was displayed. I was honored to be featured alongside Zaire Miles-Moultrie, an NC Emerging Artist in Residence at Artspace. I gave out free letterpress prints for attendees to take home.
